Local ball clubs hit the diamond Thursday evening.

The Bellefontaine varsity boys defeated Fairborn 10-5 for their first win of the season.

Brett Belser recorded 3 RBIs and 2 runs, Johnny Ganson tallied a double and 3 runs, Dawson Miller contributed 2 RBIs, and Evan Standley doubled.

D'Ante St. Clair struck out 3 batters and Belser fired 2 strikeouts.

The Chiefs are 1-5 overall and 0-4 in the CBC.

The Benjamin Logan varsity boys fell to Wapakoneta 10-0.

Garrett Dixon suffered the loss.

Keegan Wilson and Curtis Gadson each had a hit.

The Raiders are 5-1, 3-0.

The Benjamin Logan JV boys steamrolled Wapakoneta 18-3.

Gavin Danner and Tanner Perkins each had 3 hits.

Danner belted a home run and double.

The Indian Lake varsity boys lost to Kenton Ridge 17-2.

Julien Barnes tallied 2 RBIs.

The Lakers are 0-7, 0-5.

The Riverside varsity boys fell to Fairbanks 18-1 in 5 innings.

Quin Stobbe doubled and Nick Hall scored a run.

The West Liberty-Salem varsity boys lost at Northeastern 11-1 in 6 innings.

Levi Moell was 3-for-3 with a run scored.

Trevor Burden smacked a double.

The Tigers (2-3) will travel to Cedarville on Friday.

The Riverside varsity girls outscored host Benjamin Logan 16-9.

Marissa Davis had 4 hits with a triple and 4 RBIs.

Deirdre McGill, Kenedie Cox, and Maddie Estes each added a hit.

The Tigers move to 4-1 overall and 4-1 in the OHC.
